Chelsea saw off Barnsley in the third round at the end of November last year. The score was 8-1 that day but temporary suspension of the competition has halted its normal progression.
The remaining third-round ties were played earlier this month and Fylde beat Cambridge for a place in the next round. Having already seen off Morcambe and Sunderland, the fourth-round trip to Kingston next month will be their first meeting with Chelsea in this competition.
The Premier League 2 fixture with West Ham originally set to take place on Friday 2 April will be rescheduled, with full details to follow.
