All supporters attending our home games this season will need to provide evidence they are at low risk of transmitting Covid-19 to enter Stamford Bridge and Kingsmeadow.
Supporters will need to provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination (with both doses received at least 14 days prior to the match) or proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT – from age 11 and over) carried out within 48 hours of the fixture kicking off.
Proof of full vaccination should be supplied via your NHS Covid Pass on the NHS app, or a vaccination letter. Supporters displaying a negative Lateral Flow result should do so on the NHS app, or via a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace.
Stewards will check your Covid-19 status at your point of entry. If you are using your phone, please ensure it has sufficient battery.
Ticket sales information
Friday 1 October from 3pm until Wednesday 6 October at 5pm: Season tickets holders can purchase their own seat.
Thursday 7 October from 10am: Tickets will be sold to members at one ticket per member.
Friday 8 October from 10am: Season ticket holders and members can purchase an extra two tickets (maximum of three in total).
Friday 8 October from 2pm: Tickets will go on general sale maximum four tickets per person.
Non-disabled supporters can apply online or through telephone sales at the relevant on sales period detailed above.
Disabled Members Application Process
Supporters who are registered disabled can apply by downloading the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.
Disabled supporters can submit this application form to email@example.com or by phone from 10am on the disability line on 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950, at the relevant sales period detailed above.
Disabled members MUST NOT purchase tickets for matches online as you will not receive a personal assistant ticket. All ticket sales are subject to availability.
Accessible Car Parking
Supporters with a valid blue badge can apply for a car parking space from 10am on Friday 8 October. Car parking spaces are subject to availability and can be applied for by calling 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950.
Dispatching of tickets
Supporters will need to ensure they have a valid email address registered in their online account as all tickets are print@home and will be dispatched via email from Friday 8 October.
Supporters should print the tickets off in advance of matchday as there is no facility at Stamford Bridge to print them.
Duplicate tickets will only be given to the individual season ticket holder or member. Supporters should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.
Supporters will receive 5 (five) loyalty points for this match.
There will be no ticket exchange in operation for this fixture.
